State Optical Devon

While immigrant groups have always concentrated in neighborhoods across Chicago, nowhere is this more visually apparent that along Devon Avenue on the northwest side. Though the area is one of the city’s most ethnically diverse, Devon is synonymous with Indian and Pakistani shops and restaurants. The barrage of bright colors you see traveling down Devon inspired this style, which is all about expressing yourself through color – soft and sweet pink cloud, eye-catching seaspray, moody ink, or understated venom.
